NPD sent his flatmate (a mutual friend) a rather cowardly message basically saying that living together isn't working out and asked if he wanted to stay in the flat, in which case NPD would move out or the other way around. So as mutual friend won't be able to afford to keep the flat himself, he has decided to move home when the lease is up at end of Sept.

Over the past few months, it seemed NPD reconnected in a big way with a friend he had known for years but only saw on occasion. They were in each others pockets, he was always there are the apartment and when he was off work spent almost every day there, staying over for the night and they also spent a lot of time together on weekends.

I'm pretty sure this guy friend was a subsitute for his flat mate. Before they moved in together I am pretty sure NPD thought that they would be going out together all the time, that didn't happen though as mutual friend is more of a homebody and would prefer mostly to stay in doing his own thing.

His friend on the other had was available to go out with him and it is this friend who has enabled my exNPD to be able to go out a lot, looking for his next victims and spending time out drinking with his whores. Kind of a wingman if you will.

Well, I thought naturally that this friend would probably end up moving in with him when his flatmate moves out. On talking to this flatmate a few weeks ago, he noted that he hadn't see the guy friend hardly at all, and he didn't seem to be spending that much time with him anymore. There was a woman he was involved with who I met once and seemed nice. I actually thought they were together as they accompanied us on a night out once not too long ago. Of course then he started spending a lot of time with NPD and I don't know for sure, but it seems that she was pushed to the side also, which I didn't really understand as he didn't seem like an asshole like my ex was. Maybe he got dragged in I don't know but as most of you know, they had been meeting up with the whores who were one of the reasons we broke up.

The mutual friend (flatmate spoke to me today and talked about moving out. I asked whether the guy friend had made a reappearance and he told me that a few Sundays ago he was awoken by arguing. Guy friend had come over to see NPD and they were arguing. He didn't hear it all but did here guy friend accusing exNPD of stabbing him in the back. I would LOVE to know what it was over!!

Anyway, the point of this post? Is this a sign of things to come? Meaning are people who are his friends and who are starting to spend more time with him discovering what he is really like? I know that the flatmate slowly turned against him after living with him for the past 5 months and has told me time and again that when he moves out he wants nothing more to do with him.

I was expecting the guy friend to be lined up next to move in. But after hearing this, maybe not? Thoughts?
