First background and update: Remember X's new GF that didn't want him to see me in person? I confirmed with him that she knew that he's only separated and has no plans to re-marry, ever. He admitted that she is trying to change the rules. Earlier this week X went on an overnight fishing trip through work (I know this because he texted DD that he'd be on the ocean, in case she texted and he didn't respond. They were trying to set up dinner plans)
That same evening "X" texted me, "Did I call you last night?" I shot back a yes before wondering how the heck he could forget our conversation. Well, I was bombarded by texts for the next 4 hours, asking "what did I say?", "I was drunk", "must have misdialed", "did I leave a voicemail?" "what did my voicemail say?", "I really need to know". I played with new GF for a while, sending crickets. Eventually I tired of the game and once every hour or so would send the word "Stop" Finally when I went to bed, I sent this:
"You're nuts. I took screenshots. X will not appreciate you pretending to be him and texting his ex"
This crazy bitch also had the balls to text my DD posing as X, and looking for information. DD immediately knew it wasn't her father's "voice" and handed me the phone asking, "what's wrong with Dad?" I had to tell her I didn't think it was him.
I sent the screenshots, with an email to X (knowing that new GF would see it) and told him because I can never trust that I am talking to him, and because she obviously snoops, I will only discuss things in person from now on. Ha! Take that for thinking you could fool me and for talking to my DD! I also kept referring to her as "Snoopy" in the email. I told him that I don't need her kind of crazy and to tell Snoopy she is NEVER EVER to contact our children again.
He facetimed me when he returned from the trip apologizing and said that she followed him all the way to the pier because she didn't believe he was really going, and then made him trade phones. He asked me why all the women he dates are so crazy, and I did give him the broken attracts broken line. He agreed, and when I told him I'm still in IC and made a conscious decision not to date for a while, he seemed interested.(He thinks that just knowing why he cheats is enough. he thought he could "practice" being faithful.) He loves coming to my place, he always comments on how peaceful I am, my condo is. I told him that IC gave me that peace. The next morning he emailed an apology and said he had ended their relationship.
Here's why this is baby steps:
I sent crickets to that email.
My car broke down and I didn't call him. I opened the hood myself, borrowed DD's BF's car, drove to Auto Zone, bought power steering fluid, and fixed it all by myself.
I'm dying to know how GF reacted to getting caught, but I haven't called to ask.
He had dinner with the kids last night and I didn't contact him to find out what he thinks of DD's boyfriend.
He agreed to buy DS's old computer so I went ahead and ordered the new one without checking with him.
I still will only see him in person to deal with personal matters, I don't want any woman to know my financial details or see my discussions regarding the kids. Eeeew, it gives me the creeps. But....I am re-thinking what matters should be brought to his attention.

Is this the one with whom your XH cheated? If so, I LOVE it.

No, she's #6 maybe, but my beef with her is that she was dictating to my X whether he could see me or not. Not "letting" him pick up DS at my place because he might see me. Knowing that we were LS, not D. And even though she was multi-dating. Plus, I knew she was crazy, lol.

Thanks NIK!
