Is that true, she hardly acknowledged it before the affair?
Totally true, shiloe. She prided herself on not being "one of those women" who is "overly emotional". However, she gets quite emotional when it is convenient for her, and even more so if I happen to use the word "cold" to describe her.
I certainly don't wish my kids away - they (and some wine!) are keeping me relatively sane through this - but sometimes I begrudge the fact that I'm linked to her for life because of our kids and eventual grandkids. I know a woman who was divorced in 1971 (no kids) who has only bumped into her ex twice since then; sounds pretty fucking fabulous, doesn't it?Loyal spouse: Me; Disloyal spouse: The Princess
Two sons: Now 10 and 13
DDay: Nov 15, 2012
Separated: Mar 2, 2013 after married 17 years, now divorcing!
The best thing about hitting rock bottom is that everything after that looks fucking fabulous
