Whenever a boy hurt a girl back in the days, they would make her a mix tape and it would include songs by artists like baby face(when can I see you again), jodeci (cry for you), and what not.
Now we get songs by Big Sean, Beware of a woman with a broken heart! Like she is crazy when HE broke her heart??!!
I am a female so I cannot play those songs for my H, but I would recommend it to some of the guys.
I did apologize to my H on my knees, the music was my sobbing, I still cry when I apologize, most of the time. I am truly sorry for my actions. I am not saying it made things better but it was from my heart and I meant every word of apology.

My apologizing meant a lot to my BH. He needed to hear it a lot.
As long as it's from the heart, that's all you can do.
DS, you are forever in my heart. Thank you for sharing your beautiful spirit with me. I will always try to live by the example you have set. I love you and miss you every day and am sorry you had to go so soon, it just doesn't seem fair.

Chicago: Hard to Say I'm Sorry
My BS and I have been dancing to this song at night (on the good nights, I've started asking my BS for a nightly dance together if she's receptive) and I've been singing it while dancing (and I'm a horrible singer). On the good nights, it makes her smile a little bigger and that's what matters to me!

I love it Authentic and 1DH that sounds for real remorseful. You cannot change unless you are really seeing that you hurt someone and need to apologize no matter how proud you are. I hate it when people do not apologize because they are not big enough to accept their responsibilities and take some of the pain off the person they hurts' shoulders.
And thanks for the recommendation 1DH, I know he likes Chicago, I am gonna play that song for him.
