Teslet came down with pink eye. Got him the antibiotic and texted ex-shat, asking if he wanted to pick Teslet up early today so he could miss school (without me having to take a day off...didn't tell him that part, though).

Anyway, he texts back all sweet and accomodating. And then he asks if he can start picking Teslet up from daycare so that he can spend more time with him. Ugh. Okay, it's good for Teslet right? So I tell him that since I am coaching a sport through the end of October, it would be nice not to have Teslet in daycare for so long. If he were to forward me his schedule, we could look at working something out.
Going slowly and carefully here. I'm not inclined to believe that suddenly he is all about co-parenting. But when I coach and Teslet has to be in daycare for that extended time, it is rough on him...

Damn, wish he'd go back to being an obvious dickhead.
Hard to write a good rant when he's playing nice.

He may be only playing nice, but ultimately if there is a benefit to teslet then that is the goal. Hopefully this will work out for the kiddo ( and ultimately you).

Good luck.

Mine got all nice, accommodating and generous when he owed me $ and we had court pending. When it became clear that I was going I see court through (and I did) he flipped back so fast that is was like, Whoa!

This exactly. He thinks if he plays nice, you'll drop the court case.

Yep, he's being nice because he needs something from you.

He asked if my basement was dry. (When we were married, it was always flooded, I fixed it after he left.)
He seemed really concerned.

Sooooooo glad I am over this guy. I do hope he's getting it together for Teslet's sake.

@MyReturn2Me You are a damn fine poet!

Tesla,

I have a few questions. Is ex on the "approved pick up list" for daycare? This will get him on the "oh, he's the dad. It's okay to let him take teslet." This man stole your dog......

I have all pick ups at MY HOUSE so I can supervise the fact that he has them, what vehicle they left in, what they took/didn't forget etc. EX does not have rights to sign the boys out of school EVER because of the way the court docs read. Those docs are on file at school and can be used to refuse him if he tries.

Be careful. I trust not the fake helpful concerned idiot.

I am an eternal optimist - I keep my shield on under my sundress.

There be something in the water - I do hope this is how they roll from now on but I'll return your FTG just in case.

I actually hope he's doing this to sweeten you up because of the 'suit' and not because he's decided to try to torture you by embarking on a fishing expedition.

As they say here once we've ditched them and they're playing insta-family with their whores all of a sudden there's an OW position vacant. Only fucked up puppies need apply.

For those who haven't seen it: There are no fish in this pond. This pond has no water. Fuck off.

CG, he is only to pick up Teslet from school/daycare when I send a note in saying that he is picking up. I've checked this with my L since I am listed as the primary custodian. He is not to pick Teslet up from school outside of scheduled visitation times. (Well, he could but then I would really fuck his shit up when I show up at his door with a police officer.)

Yeah, this fucker just wants me to drop the damn order to show cause...or things are getting a little less sparkly in affairyland. My guess, he's using potentially seeing Teslet more as a reason to avoid stripper whore insanity.

I mean for fuck's sake, what did he think I was going to say when he asked about the basement? "Oh, yes ex-shat, the basement still floods, can I take you downstairs and show you?? Can I get you something to eat? You need a quick fuck? Blow jobs and home-cooked stripper whore meals getting a little old? No problem, come on back home."

No water in this fucking pond.
You owe me a shit ton of money.
Give me my dog back you piece of shit.

Ahh...I feel so much better.

I love your posts Tesla!

He will always be a POS for taking your dog.

I do think you are far better off without him so he did you a favor on putting an end to your marriage.
