Okay, I think I'm ready to turn the corner and start reading books that don't focus on infidelity and marriage.

I looked in the Healing Library, but didn't see any titles that jumped out at me.

What books helped you focus on the positive, focus on you, put you in a happy state of mind, and/or made you think about life in a different light?

Thanks!

The Four Agreements comes to mind. It's a great book for creating a healthy, solid outlook on life and return to happiness.

I started a thread in the book club about mindfulness. Might be worth a look, ILINIA.

Thank you! I am truly thankful for all of you on SI. I do not know how I would have gotten through the past few months without SI!

Here's to hoping that one day I will be as wise, level-headed, and helpful as all of you!
