To start, I went into the movie knowing absolutely nothing about it. I knew George Clooney and Sandra Bullock were in it, and the movie was suppose to be good. That was the extent of my knowledge. Gravity is probably the single, most intense movie I have ever watched. I cried in the beginning because I was terrified for Bullock's character.... I am a wuss when it comes to movies, btw. I cry over a hug in a movie, lol. But at the end of the film I was so stressed out I had a headache. I definitely enjoyed it, but wow, it did a number on me.

SPOILER ALERT

We saw it last week and I HATED the ending. It reminded me of Open Water. In fact I told JM if it ended like Open Watr I was going to blow up the theater.

They barely missed getting blown up.

Where did she land?? All I could think was she landed on the deserted island from Castaway.

We saw it in 3D...didn't like the ending either...stupid really...but does set it up for a sequel....I hope they didn't pay George Clooney much money...he sure didn't have a very big part in the movie...more Sandra Bullock...

It was an incredible movie. A lot of the real astronauts that have seen it have said they put a lot of effort into it to get a lot of it correct. Because of the realism of it, a reporter in jest asked the director what it was like to film in space.

I actually liked the ending, but my SO didn't care for the end, either.

SPOILER ALERT--->

His thing was that he thought it was too convenient that being knocked so far off course she managed to land in the water, only a few feet away from land. He said "why didn't she land in the middle of the ocean?"

I was satisfied, because any other ending that I could think of would have depressed me, lol.
