I moved back to upstate NY a few months ago. Today, it's 50 degrees outside. I'm watching football wearing long yoga pants, a long-sleeved t shirt and a fuzzy bathrobe--on the couch under a blanket.

I'm in trouble, right?

I solemnly swear that I am up to no good.

Oh yeah, LTHM and Chicho, but I'd be in the same position if I were on Long Island (from which this IS upstate NY )

Beside, LTHM, we Lawn Guylanders consider where you live to be the Midwest

It was 31 here this morning and I thought that I should probably look into fixing the zipper on my fall jacket

Anything over the Tappanzee Bridge is upstate, just sayin'.

I'm sitting here in sweatpants, thermal shirt under another thermal shirt with sleeves that come over my hands (the kind with the thumbhole) under a down vest, and socks of course.

Technically it's not winter yet .

So, to answer the question of the original poster...yes, you are in trouble!

I'm on my back deck in yoga pants and a thin long sleeve with no socks on and it's around 50.

yep, definitely in trouble. but hey, what do I know? I'm the one who keeps a comforter on the back of my couch year round, just in case the AC gets to be too much.

Last night I volunteered to help with a Trick or Treat Nature Trail at a local state park. To my great relief, I was assigned an indoor role, but I had dressed (I thought) for the evening outside weather.

I probably would have died. It was in the high 30s and started sleeting and snowing before the evening ended. I'm going to have to think these activities through in the future.

Yes, we're still mowing lawns down here.

Our 'mowing' this morning was blowing the 3 feet of leaves we had covering our driveway and deck into the woods.

See, we're still mowing here!!!

Aww Sad, you're in trouble lol. I walked out last night with a tank top and one of those shrug sweaters that only cover your back and arms (3/4 sleeves), open top shoes, and some jeans. It felt chilly but once I got walking I was good. I sleep with the windows open and a thin sheet (I have a thing about having to be covered when I sleep), my thermostat is turned to 60 (lowest setting) when I am alone in the house, and I was wondering why it's not colder yet. I love this city
