My STBXWH is that guy. He wants the divorce, he is screwing the WOB, etc. and he owes me a lot of money. I have been waiting and waiting on him (we agreed to go in halfsies on the divorce) and he messaged me, asking me to pay the whole thing because "woe is me, I live in a hotel, I have no money for food, doctors, etc." as though I care, and asked me to go in and pay all of it and her pay me back later. Bull. Bull crap. He's lucky I am offering that much! He chose WOB, he chose to quit his job as a police officer in order to be with WOB, and he chose to leave me devastated and broken, yet he continues to ask for favors! Ugh! This is insane!
I get so irritated with him. Advice?

He cheated , he wants divorce, he pays. Simple. Only pay for what you absolutely have to. My stbxww has a job and has through the marraige and she cheated and wants a divorce, yet the court ordered me to pay 95 percent of all court costs! So my point is that they could make him do the same. Good luck

It might be worth paying all the legal fees just to get rid of the bum. Of course that would set a dangerous precedent of doing favors for him. Ugh!
Two steps forward and one step backwards, is still progress.

My advice, treat him like the broke POS that he is. A broke POS should receive no help from the person he screwed over just because that decision led to him living like a pathetic asshole.
