I have 2 dogs.
One of them is a now 3 year old english pointer. We got her when she was a year old. She has never been very well house trained. She's fine in her crate but if we don't let her out the second she asks she will go in the house.
She is a VERY sensitive slightly weird dog. I really need some help with this. One of the challenges is that we don't have a consistent household schedule and it's almost impossible to have one. If we don't let her out of the crate except when she goes outside there's no problem but I'm not OK with that. Our dogs are generally allowed out of their crates when we are home.
Does anyone have any tips or tricks? Let me know if you need more info. I prefer non-physical training methods with this dog. She goes into a shell if you even look at her in a harsh tone of voiceBut that's just a lot of water
