In all of her history with you, has she ever displayed true empathy? Concern for another human being without regard to how she will look?
She had no concern for other humans, even when I thought she was being nice!
The computer is now hers, and so is the house it is in. I have no control over this. Whether what she says is true or not, these circumstances make it practically true: I don't have those pictures anymore, and probably won't see them again.
She is VERY good at being a manipulative twat.
The best thing about hitting rock bottom is that everything after that looks fucking fabulous
But she doesn't want YOU to have them, so they conveniently got erased. Huh. I hope someday she morphs into a less bitchy woman and gives you access to the photos of your kids.
I'm sorry friend. If it is true then leave her to explain herself to your boys.
I'm thinking bad thoughts about her tonight. Bad JuJu from the Southern Hemisphere is not a good thing. Nasty, nasty POS.
My sister did this after her moving van caught fire and destroyed all her photo albums.
There's always failure. And there's always disappointment. And there's always loss.
But the secret is learning from the loss, and realizing that none of those holes are vacuums.

Now, I've spent the last 20 years thinking I was LUCKY to have her, and of course hoping that I wouldn't do anything to screw it up. And she is pretty by times, BUT she is not smiling in any of the pictures she is in with me or the kids. She looks like she is ENDURING us. I had never noticed this before, but it probably started the first time that I told her that her smile brings me so much joy! She wouldn't want to do that.
However, in my online dating adventures, the quickest thing to get me to say "Next!" was to see someone with no smile in any of their pictures. Even though I hadn't really noticed this in The Princess, I guess I had subconsciously figured it out. She was/is a foul person, and I will not put up with that again - even from someone I'm just dating casually!
Feeling some empowerment this week!
