The thing I disagree with here is the BS having to clean up "their side of the street." The therapist implies fault with the BS. I truly believe that many BS are healthy and have nothing to clean up. (Not me).
Does forgiveness really mean feeling no anger or resentment? If so, it'll never happen for me.
The article does have great points about how to apologize and make restitution.
