So, I tried to get rid of all of my XWBF's belongings from my place a month or so ago, which resulted in a huge panic attack and hysteria for a good few hours. The depression and grief just would not let me do it and it was horrendous.

So, today I grabbed some bags and filled them with everything that I gave him, he gave me or belonged to him. And all the cards and letters were ripped up into teeny little shreds

I am so glad I finally did it and just wanted to share.

Hurrah!

I did that when I was mad. It felt good.

And it feels even better as time goes by that his stuff is not in my home.

Yay! Such a great step forward to have all that out of your space.

Yep, reclaiming MY home!

Was quite satisfying throwing a rather expensive suit in the bin. Ha!

Why not donate the suit to Goodwill or some similar charity?

I'm afraid I acted a bit on impulse and it's in the bin now. I do donate other clothes (my own), but for some reason I just did not think of that with his stuff.
