Ugh...

STBXWH and I have legal separation agreement in state we lived in...I since moved to another state...He is planning to move in with OW in a few months who lives in same state as me...

Is our separation agreement still valid if neither of us live in the state it was obtained?

I sure hope someone has had a situation like this or I may go nuts worrying over the weekend...
