Love songs repeat in my head when I'm trying to sleep. Anyone else experience this, how do you resolve this?

Six weeks in I stopped being able to sleep and after a week got ambien from my doctor. I didn't use it every night, but was glad to be able to shut my brain down and get some quasi-rest every other night or a few times a week. Definitely an option.

When I had my second DDay a month later and exited limbo my ability to sleep came back immediately after my fearing that perhaps I would never re-learn how to sleep. That's something to keep in mind too--that if you can make a (relatively clean) break, your obsessive thoughts/anxiety may recede.

Sit. Feast on your life.

Can you sleep with music on? I bought an iPod dock for my bedroom, so that I can listen to whatever music keeps my brain where I want it. I believe there have been some angry songs once in a while.

All the time! I swear the d-jay puts together his daily mix just for me. I can make every song and every lyric relate to my life.

Try playing Stronger by Kelly Clarkson or Survivor by Destiny's Child.
