Yup, i organize my list by aisles, and when I checkout I organize my purchases in groups that go together when I get them home: Frozen stuff, produce and dairy, canned goods, cleaning and paper products, etc...

I used to organize my shopping list by the aisles! LOL

Also, when I go to check-out I put the food on the conveyer belt according to like types so they can go in same bags: frozen & refrigerated, canned & hard boxes, veggies & crushable items, non-food...

There's something wrong with that? LOL

OMG I do this too!
I also have my coupons organized by aisle to make it easier to pull items as I shop.
My shopping list is on an excel spreadsheet and I just hide the rows I dont need for the week....

Did I just admit that?
Ahh well...I'm a bit of an excel list freak.

Do people NOT do that when they grocery shop? Who are those crazy anarchists?

ME!!!

I have a meal list in my head and I walk the aisles and grab things that meals need. As longs as I am shopping in my store I can get my shopping done in 20 min a week.

My darling hubby does this.
Unfortunately that means he usually comes home with a bunch of stuff we dont need/already have, missing a few things I DO need, and will have spent twice the amount if I'd gone myself.
