I have managed to dodge sleepovers for my DD but my time is up

Probably going to have four girls for it this weekend. My plan is to rent a few movies, buy lots of snacks and disappear to my room.

Any ideas/suggestions for anyone else who has been-there-done-that?

Thanks!

Nail polish! And if you're brave enough make up (eye shadow, etc). They can do make-overs on each other.

Board games. My teens love them.
Sorry, Monopoly, and of course Risk.

The nail polish is always fun, but put down a old shower curtain or plastic to protect your carpet, floors etc.

If you have an Xbox the singing/rockband type games are always a blast too.

Lots of food, movies, video games, and your absence will work nicely.

Drinks, snacks, pizza for dinner (if needed), movies, privacy (for them), ear plugs (for you). Make sure you have stuff for breakfast.

Be careful about allowing them access to the internet, although if any of them have a smart phone then you cannot really monitor that. Trolling on inappropriate websites or sneaking out is really the only way they can get into any mischief.

I've found with my three girls that anything including music, dancing, movies, makeup and food is a win.

And yes, your absence, too. Just make sure you check in now and again when they least expect it to keep them off balance and (mostly) behaving.

Wow, this brings back wonderful memories...Most of my bday parties were sleepovers at my house. For dinner, my mom would always make mini-pizzas with English muffins and every morning, homemade French toast.

My dad would also buy dollar-store stuffed animals and we would play games and the winners got a toy (but everyone won SOMWETHING). Somehow, even though we were teens, it was still fun to win something!

My girlfriends STILL remind me about my mom's hospitality at these sleepovers and we are in our 30s!

My Kids friends love to come over because I really cook. I love to cook and love to see people enjoy what I make.
So the teenage boys are fun to have, and get all kinds of excited when I make them real meals.

The girls not as much, but I was a hit with the giant fruit salad I made last year for DD bday.
