This is my first post and I don't quite know what to say. We are about 3 months out from D-Day and are in MC and working on reconciliation. The A lasted the better part of a year, and was emotional and physical, starting with a friendship that led to an online and then physical affair. After D-Day (confession) there was almost divorce, and significant ambivalence at first. For the last week I've found the "creating indifference" primer post to be really helpful. My wife has all my passwords, can see where I am via cell phone at all times, and knows well in advance when my work schedule might be keeping me late. Our relationship has been generally good but we have rocky moments. We have our second marriage counseling session on Friday. Thanks for being here for me.

Welcome. SI has been invaluable as my BW and I try to find a way forward. There is a lot of help to be had here if you're willing to do the work.

Thanks for stepping forward. That first post seems to be hard to get out. Wish you good luck and good healing.

Welcome to SI, EyesForward. We're here for you and your BW. It's going to be a crazy ride for a while, but you can absolutely get through this. Keep posting, and keep up the good work.
