Immediately after discovering the A I thoroughly checked the phone records. Most of their communication had been through iMessage, they both have iPhones, and those do not show up in the phone records. I was only able to see one phone call. So I gave up one checking the phone records...

At the time I confronted him he send her a NC message. She responded the next day, he showed me the message right away and did not respond. A few months later she messaged him again, he showed me the message, did not respond. Then I found out about blocking numbers on the iPhone. I blocked her number on his phone.

Today I was checking the phone records for something unrelated and I found a text from her on Nov. 11. At the time the text was "received" we were on an airplane. Maybe it came through as a text because his phone was off. Or maybe it was because her number is blocked.

My WH says he never received that text. I believe him, he probably didn't receive it because the number is blocked, I just don't know how that works. But I feel like ugh, why is she still trying to bother him?

Have him get a new number. If he really is NC with her, then she won't have a way to get his new number.

I agree - Have him change his number and then also block her number still. That sucks!

Block her number!! I don't know what cell carrier you have but we have verizon and you can block incoming and outgoing texts and calls to a number for 90 days(I think) at a time....

My WH changed his phone number and I have her blocked from our account...so she can't contact me or him whether somehow she gets his new number or not.

While blocking the number may help,it isn't 100% fix.

She can always get a burner phone, use her friend's phone, text from the internet, call from a pay phone....

Change the number. If she figures that out, then you get to play detective and find out how she got his new number...him, one of his friends, ...

Hi Soloney, I dont own an iPhone but my kids do. Did you block the number before your trip on the airplane? I know that I message works off of Wifi or data plan and if neither is available, it comes through as a text. If on an airplane, it is highly unlikely the data plan worked and unless if he paid for onboard Wifi, that is unlikely also. So I assume it would have to come through as text. Now, if you blocked.it before your trip, that is an anomaly or is it possible he unblocked her number?
