Klove!!!!

I'm so proud. You had no advanced warning of the topic of this conversation and even in the heat of the moment did not default to either of your worst feared responses!!

You did great. Really.

Sniffles McFucktool

THAT, people, needs to be on the official abbreviations list as SMcF or even McF, for short, the S is implied. Pass and Klove get to collaborate on the official definition pending final approval from Deeply Scared. IMHO, of course!

I have to say- I have a big smile on my face today. And here is why- it doesn't matter what his motivation is OR if his life isn't as awesome as he claims.
My smile is because I was FINALLY strong enough to say NO. To set a boundary and STICK TO IT!

What a frickin' awesome Friday!!

Trying to decide how we would pronounce SMcF...

Smick-F

Smickf

Smif (silent c)

Then I started to wonder if one of those would be better for the official list because it would read better in text:

He's acting like such a SMIF! (smif acceptable for those of us too lazy to capitalize?)

Equals

He's acting like such a Sniffles McFucktool!

Idk. I'm kinda likin' SMIF.

Happy Friday, Klove.

My money is on the OW dumped him.

Mine did the same thing after the 1st OW/D-day. I thought he was crying, begging, etc. because he really realized what he was losing. Instead, I now realize it was because OW dropped him like a hot potato once she found out about me (he portrayed himself as single).

I could kick myself for taking him back after that first affair.

Fuck this guy. You gave him chance after chance. He made his choice. Sorry if fantasyland didn't work out quite like he planned.

I know you'll follow through with this D. Because I promise you, he would do it to you again in a few years.

Btw- SMIF also came to the house this am to drop the boys off and followed me into the kitchen with his giant oogly boogly eyes all filled with tears and just looked at me...
Awkwaaaaardddd!
All I could think about was Sniffles McFucktool and the picture of James Vanderbeek and I literally almost laughed in his face.

I just said "you should go now" and he sniffled off.

They really are all so pathetic, huh?
Thanks everyone for the laughs and support.

Smif (silent c)

I do like it when these c's are silent....

I may have reached a point where I'd piss on him if he was on fire.... eventually!!

Nice boundary setting. Keep the plug for that Hoover tightly wound up and put away.

I'm sorry SMIF is doing this now. When you think about how awkward it felt not to react to his pain, doesn't it make you wonder how he hurt you all that time without a second thought? It makes me wonder.

Who'd've thought that my foul mouth would actually help someone some day? I guess we all have hidden talents.

I LOVE that you said "you should go now". That had to hurt his substantial ego.

Thanks for posting this. You are giving me hope. I am FINALLY taking REAL steps to separate from my spouse (as opposed to my pussyfooted attempt to leave a few months ago) and know that when I finally do file and begin to remove myself from this relationship I it will lead to endless hoovering on his end. I'm praying for my strength to increase so when that day comes I won't cave to the pressure of his 'sincere pleas to change'

Your "You should go now" was the emotional equivalent of unplugging the hoover by wrapping the cord around your hand and giving a good hard yank from the other side of the room.

Klove you are rocking the Bitch Boots.

I love that SMIF waited until he had the boys for his little show. Think that was planned so you had plenty of time to pull yourself together for his warm embrace the next day. I bet it was.

What a tool.

Ah. I love it, klove!!

Who'da thunk you would ever make it to this point? I'm so proud of you and happy that you did it.

When my wxh had his great epiphany, I had to unwrap his arms from around my waist and walk in the house. The last time I looked, he was lying in the yard crying - he left shortly thereafter.

Seriously, do they all work from the same playbook?
