Lingdonberry Jam
What is this and how do you eat it? Do you put it on toast or something? I've never heard of it!

It's a little like cranberry sauce... or Jam you put on toast if you want...

You eat it on your meatball... kinda gives it a sweet/sour meatball flavor.

People???? There shouldn't be reptile pictures on a food thread!!! Seriously - that should go without saying!

But snake soup sounds good, looks good too. Might just try this in a couple of weeks.

That looks really good, Bax!!

We had Korean BBQ. Bulgogi, pork bulgogi, spicy squid, japchae, mandu, gimbap, and a variety of banchan.

Wish I could say that we made all of that, but we ate out.

It was delicious.

Baxter... that looks amazing. But I didn't know people actually grilled flank steak... did you marinade it?

Yes, a marinade helps. Although, we've grilled flank steak without marinating before and it still turns out. Slice it thin, across the grain, and you'll be good.

I'm so happy with this meal. I've been in a slump recently, and this all turned out great! Also, DD requested an artichoke which also turned out well as an appetizer.

I'm all over the roasted red potatoes with sea salt, olive oil, crushed garlic and rosemary.

Soon to be eaten with mushroom fried rice and a shrimp and avocado salad.

And wine

I made myself a BLT early in the day, then didn't eat again until today. Waywardson worked all day and night yesterday and is doing the same today.

We had ribs for dinner last night.

I'm thinking today is a rabbit food kind of day!
