Feel free to move this if it's in the wrong forum.. it didn't seem appropriate in JFO and I'm not sure if it belonged in ICR..
I saw X-Men: Days of Future Past over the weekend...
(not a spoiler as the scene is also in the trailer)
The scene where Professor Xavier says "Teach me to *hope* again..." just punches me right in the heart.
My IC has stated she is afraid the anger I have is changing me and she wants me to come back.
I used to be so optimistic and energetic. Everyone called me a nice guy. I was outgoing, etc... I need to learn how to hope again.
Over the weekend my family also happened to go through a tragic loss and we'll likely all be together soon. I also saw the trailer for "This Is Where I Leave You" going around YouTube and I'm basically the Jason Bateman character at this point in my life.
I think I'm going to crawl into a hole for a couple days.
The really really shitty thing is that I studied film and going to the movies used to be one of the true joys in my life. I need to find happiness out there again. Me: BH (30s)
Wayflost: WW (30s)
