OW was husbands childhood sweetheart, sister's best friend and co-worker. I am so sick of having dreams about her. I also wonder if husband dreams about her? Urrgg!
Does this happen to anyone else?

Oof, that is NO fun. I had dreams in the beginning but we were able to eliminate her presence from our existence. Any chance of moving?

PS - FWH has an ex (not an OW) who has been trying to weasel into the family for years. I actually have dreams about HER from time to time. Rassafracking people!

OMG...I feel your pain. I have not slept more than 2 hours straight in 75 days. It seems the better I control the mental movies, the more frequent and intense are the ( I call em nightmares) dreams.

OW was in my dreams a lot, mostly because I would replay over and over anything I could possibly say to her in my head before I went to sleep. Writing her a letter I would never send helped me process my thoughts and I could let her go.

Every nite for 7 months she's in my dreams. Incorporated in some way or another.

I'm sure I'm in her dreams too. I'm in her life. She had to avoid me. Hope she wakes up sweating shaking and crying.

Yep, almost nightly. I thought I had thrown her out of my dreams one night by making her leave my dream. It worked for a while, but she's back again. Her and the WH are both in my nightmares....

I do this too! Glad I'm not the only one. The worst one was where I dreamed he was telling me ALL the things he loved about her. How pretty her hair is, how she always had her makeup and hair done. That she dressed up for him when he came over. None of it true of course. He has never said any of that. And I know her, I'm not sure she owns any clothes to dress up in. And dreams of catching them still together. Ugh, my mind hates me.
