I bake. A lot! I haven't measured anything in years, just add ingredients until it looks right, which is exactly what my Gramma used to say and drove us all crazy wanting to know her recipes.
It comes from years of experience!
and now, I drive everyone else crazy who wants to know how to make something. I couldn't even tell you how many cups or tablespoons I use. ha!

I bake as well. My thing is bread. I love making pita, naan, yeast rolls, you name it! It is my therapy, lol.
