In the mornings I'm finding myself listening to the local AM powerhouse news station. I don't like the morning host, but for some reason feel the need to listen to him
Other than that it's typically XM. There are a few stations that I like. Older rock and country

I usually have on the Pulse on Sirius/XM, so Top 40 stuff mostly, but I tend to push buttons when a song comes on I don't like. Classic rock, blues, older pop - I've got pre-sets for all of those, and more.

I've had SiriusXM radio for years. I tend to listen to the 60s & 70s and The Bridge, which is sort of Folk Rock from the 60s & 70s. I'm so boring
Late at night, I like to listen to jazz for some reason.
I solemnly swear that I am up to no good.

I have a top 40 station I like, I also like one that has hits from the 80's to today. Also a rock station.
I like the top 40 station's morning show. The rock station throws in stuff from Mumford and Sons and some alternative, too. So that is cool.
I need not suffer in silence while I can still moan, whimper and complain.
If this isn't what I consider soulmate crap, I don't know what is.

Mostly NPR for me, but a local station that fits Abby's original post description when things are repeating. Occasionally I get bored and start scanning or use my app to listen to shows like "Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me" that I missed. And sometimes a YouTube mix, especially when I'm away and can't find exactly what I want.

680 News is the main station I listen to.
Life isn't depressing enough, let's just listen to the same stories over and over and over ALL DAY LONG...lol. The station I like to listen to (ChumFM) doesn't come in on my radio...
The news station isn't all horrible but if I am specifically listening to hear what te weather is going to be like I always miss it (kids usually scream when it comes on lol).

Mainly Christian rock/metal. They don't play my music on the radio so it's Pandora, iPod, or TheBlast.FM on the interwebs.
I have been known to listen to 70's and 80's rock. I listen to a fair amount of classical music too.

Radio - Almost never. I leave that for the weather.
2 music genres I have not been able to acquire a taste for are country and rap. Everything else from around the world I'll listen to and enjoy.

Country. I grew up with it. Occasionally I switch over to the local praise and worship station. I cringe when my hubby gets in the car. He plays the music from his iTunes. Most of it is stuff I'll listen to, but, there is also a hefty dose of Techno and I just can't stand it. The repetitive nature of techno and obviously electronic sound just grate on my nerves. He knows and usually skips those when we are in the car together. Unless we're driving a long way and he is tired. Then it's all techno all the time.

I listen mostly to XM radio and it really depends on the day. Some days I'm all about the blues. Then I may feel the need to connect with my ancestors so will listen to ethnic (CD of course). Then I might need some classic rock when I'm feeling nostalgic and sometimes it's all about baroque or chamber music. And there are times when I'm interested in some of the newer bands.
I can pretty much listen to anything. Except headbangers. That is one genre of music I just don't get.

Listen to all kinds of things (including The Pulse on Sirius) but mostly like the genre that you would call 'Adult Alternative.'
Also listen to a lot of #114 Sirius

I listen to Sirius. My favorite channels are Howard Stern, Lithium (alternative), 80's, and 90's. I never really listen to terrestrial radio anymore.
