There's pragmatism now where there used to be warm fuzzy pink love.

Thanks Jrazz; just about perfectly describes my POV. We now have sensible love and I could make it on my own if it came to that.

Sometimes I feel a sense of loss; some of the romance is gone.

I love her differently, but probably even more, if love means making changes o stay with her. I like her less. I guess I see her A as an attack on our connection/friendship more than on our love for each other.

Interesting question. I think we're just scratching the surface on this....
