Hi, mattolivia,

I am sorry you have reason to join us, but am glad that you found this site this time around. This is a wonderful and supportive community. The betrayed men on this site are especially awesome and will give you fantastic advice from the male perspective. We are ALL here to help you navigate this awful time of your life.

First things first, take care of yourself. Drink plenty of water, try to eat, sleep, and exercise. See a doctor or use OTC sleep aids if you need help! This is a terrible roller coaster and you will need your strength and sanity!

I'm so sorry to hear what your wife has put you through. Wishing you lots of strength! Keep posting.

Edit: typos

The first time was a " delete it and forget it". With minimal explanation . If I handled it better. I don't know.

Stop. YOU did not have to handle anything differently last time - ok except for maybe not just hit the delete button. But SHE should have had the courage and the desire to change her ways. Understand her bad boundaries. Define her horrible coping skills. All so she could improve herself. SHE did not do that.

You are smarter now. Handle it different now.
Don't live in the past, there's no future in it.

Love isn't what you say, it's what you do.

My son is 20. The thought of having sex with one of his friends honestly sickens me. What a complete violation of my son's relationship. I'd feel like a pedophile - I don't care if it's a 20 year old. My son's friends are children to me.

Sorry - I'm just disgusted by her actions. That's just sick.

The stones from my enemies, these wounds will mend
but I cannot survive the roses from my friends
