My H is finally out of the fog and although he doesn't often wish to talk about the A, he does constantly want to spend time with me. I question all the time whether he loves me even though he says he does a hundred times a day. But if he did surely he wouldn't want to spend time with me so that's a good sign , right?

It sounds like he is being sincere! Don't be afraid to ask for space while you evaluate his sincerity and actions to determine if you can continue to put things back together.

I think it sounds good. Out of the fog is good. Saying he loves you is good. Wanting time together is good.

Just make sure he lets you talk about the A as needed- pretty sure no WS wants to talk about it- it's awful, it's embarrassing, it's hurtful, it's wrong and they know it- but they need to be willing to do it as much as their BS needs it. And their willingness to do so demonstrates some remorse.
