I feel like recently I'm going through a mid-life crisis or something.

I know I can't keep doing the job I have now (I'm good at it, but it's like not a dream thing). I've been thinking - ok, it might be a struggle, but if you want it bad enough, you'll make it work (other people do!)

So - I thought, well 'want do I want to be when I grow up?' and I come up with NOTHING.

I admire people who can say - you know what, I'm an accountant now, but I've always wanted to be a nurse, so that's what I've decided to do.

I just don't have that gene. And I kinda feel like a big fail. I know I have to work, I'd at least like to happy with what I do. SIGH

Just wanted to say I feel the same way sometimes. I'm about to be 29 and I have been in the same job for 8 years, I like my job but I know I have to leave, I have no future there, I don't have any benefits so my boss can fire me anytime and I will get NOTHING! It 's frustrating, I want to go back to school but it's expensive and will take a while...I thought I was done with school long time ago :/
Lately, I have tried to at least find hobbies that make me happy...I'm hiking and volunteering, that helps. So at least try to find activities that make you feel good, that will make you feel happier
