Things are much better lately. I have been intensively striving to keep a more positive attitude and let go of the little things. They really are little in the grand scheme of things.

I have been feeling physically better lately as well and I'm going to take a couple of days off next week to visit my family out of state. Hopefully it will provide a much-needed recharge.

I've also gotten some housekeeping items taken care of (bills, phone calls, appointments to be made) that were piling up so some stress is diminished there.

As always I thank you all for your help and support.

I'm so glad to hear this.

Tired girl,

Not yet. I'm going to see how far my purposeful change of attitude and mindfulness as to my thoughts goes for awhile. A "try to change the habit" thing (because I really think it's more a habit than anything; I just let it go too long and get too far). If I find that I need further help beyond that, I am more than willing to go get it.

Thanks, all.
