Great book, written by Gary Chapman, the author of "The Five Love Languages".

It is written along the same lines as the love languages but this one deals with apology. It really has been helpful.

Highly recommend it to everyone, not just those dealing with infidelity related issues.

I bought the audiobook & listened to it at work. I can honestly see how some of our issues, involve me not seeing sincerity in apologies that end in "but you....."

Another really good book by this author. I find it especially useful as a WS and for making amends. I'd recommend this book to other WS's as well, to read right after you finish reading "How to Help Your Spouse Heal From Your Affair" by Linda J. MacDonald. "How to Help Your Spouse..." is a good book for getting started the right way and possibly even helping that remorse (vs. regret) begin to hit; "The Five Languages of Apology" is a great book after that to make amends and to really understand how to communicate your remorse.
