I have problems with fidelity, obviously. I'm on the receiving end too, which makes it feel a million times worse. It's so hard going through the day without knowing what he's thinking of. I need some sort of self help book to keep me from thinking that it's always the worst possible scenario I guess. Any advice?

I just want to be certain about what you are asking. Are you saying that you are both a betrayed spouse and a wayward and are looking for resources for both?

My MC suggested we read Not Just Friends and Getting Past the Affair. She said we should work on the exercises at the end of each chapter in Getting Past the Affair. Good luck!
