Spring arrives at 7:02 this morning. It however will not feel like spring at all. At least not here. Right now it's about 25 degrees with a wind that cuts right through you. Last year on this day it was 82. Today it will be lucky if it hits 29
So that being said--I think Mother Nature owes me 53 degrees. I'll be waiting patiently for her to comply.
Welcome to the first day of spring folks. I hope it's warmer where you are.

Nope .

She owes me too. When she pays up, will you share half your degrees with me?

Bah... luxury I tell you.
On days like that when I was young we had to walk barefoot through the snow to get to school and back, uphill, both ways.

Your mileage may vary... in accordance with the prophecy.

Sure AN. I can deal with only 26 degrees warmer. Besides--my mother taught me to share

I am in the "she owes me" group lol. Currently -6 but feels like -10.

Dd said yesterday "the snow's NOT melting". She wants it to go away lol

Other than the t-storm rolling through this morning, we're having a sunny, mid-70s 1st day of spring

She owes Ohio too, WHG. We'll be lucky to hit mid 30s today.

Last year at this time, we were having our first cookout and hitting mid 80s by June.

So yeah, I could use about 40 or 50 degrees myself.

Don't tick off Mother Nature, or she'll "pay back" that 40-50 degrees on top of a 70 degree day.

26 here, but it could always be worse...I could live in Canada or Wisconsin (not saying those are bad places to live, but the negative temps do not appease me ).

Doesn't bother me, just get a warm coat and a new hat.

SO if I check my pulse, and it is not there, do I get the day off?

Last night was beautiful. We had Hollywood snow. It looked fake.

We could see individual snowflakes glistening on top of fluffy, powdery snow.

But today is the first day of spring so that stuff needs to get lost now.

Growing forward

No rain here... threatened..but nada. And felt like 80 when standing in what little sun we had.

Welcome to spring...
