Before the affairs, my wxh and I used to snuggle in bed. If we were sleeping, some part of us HAD to be touching, even if it was just our feet.

Once he was in the affairs, he would push me away if I tried to touch him.

Last night, I slept with a man that I've been seeing, and we spent the entire night completely entwined. Even when I was too warm and tried to move away, he just reached for me again in a few minutes.

It's been a long time since I've had that kind of intimacy with anyone. I didn't realize how it made me feel valued and wanted.

While I realize that my value comes from within myself, it was nice to have that worth recognized by someone else that not afraid to express it.

I don't think I slept much last night because I was just in awe of it all.

So nice to read. I do miss this, as it's also how XWH and I slept until D-Day.

I was starting to worry I was getting too used to sleeping alone, so extra happy to read this!

Sounds nice! (Does that mean there's an empty seat on the bus now?)

i am so happy for you.

I loved this about TG. My X and I didn't cuddle in bed much. I hated that we didn't.

The very first night TG and I spent together I was exhausted after a long day and was able to sleep but I kept waking up patting the bed. TG still laughs about it. He couldn't sleep and every time he'd move or get up I would reach out and pat the bed until I could touch him. I don't remember it much but I do remember patting the bed a couple times.

Now we sleep spooned together almost all night. I feel so safe and loved when I'm wrapped up like that. Such a great feeling!

I miss that feeling, sleeping all tangled up. Wistful sigh.

Bighurt- the bus seat has been empty for quite a while, but that's only because of a fwb that kept me entertained.

I know exactly how you feel. Since our first night, my guy and I sleep that way. It's great. It makes me feel so cherished, even more so because he'll just let his hand rest anywhere on any part of me he touches.....fat bits don't seem to put him off one little bit. It's the first time in my life that anyone truly made me feel loved at any size!
