My H left for a three day conference and expects the two unopened chocolate with sea salt and almond candy bars will still be unopened.

This seems unreasonable....

On a positive note, i don't have to share the delightful cabernet from Paso Robles.

That's preposterous!

WHAT unopened chocolate? I don't remember any unopened chocolate, honey. How was your conference?

That's cruel and inhuman!

Hmmm, I could replace.

I like that. The robbers also stole that lovely sangiovese that we were saving...

Just the title of this thread had me alarmed. There's something seriously wrong if there is unopened chocolate somewhere!

Yeah, that wouldn't be a problem for me. It's chocolate, it's in the house, it's not under lock & key. No problem. Same goes for ice cream.

In my home there is no such thing as "unopened" chocolate anything.

My youngest DD17 has her father trained to hand over the chocolate as soon he comes in the door from the store. He actually has it in his hand and tosses it to us like we're animals in the zoo.

It keeps the peace!!!!

Not totally sure - I think you can get it at shops - but I've never seen it anywhere else.

I would steal dark chocolate from a baby. Sometimes that devil on my shoulder makes a very convincing argument.

Sometimes you just have to go ahead an indulge.

We have a chocolatier that we supply honey to, he makes these works of art for candy, with all these awesome ingredients. When any of these make their way into our house it is a race to hide them so the kids don't get them.

They can have a snickers bar. I get the good stuff.
