It's 930am and I want to go to bed already. I have one more class to get through then home to what. An empty house no one to care. I have a therapy appointment tonight at 530 but it seems so far away. Everyone is so busy with their lives. I just want to call Ws and tell him to come home but he won't anyway. He still" figuring things out". I can't bear this pain. I'm so scared. I had to go to a party last night. It felt so awkward. I feel like I was the only one there alone. I can't smile I can't concentrate I just don't want to deal with this anymore

Is there something fun you can do for yourself today? Get your nails done? Hair? Buy some new shoes? Something to focus on yourself!

It's a rough road, but you can do this.

You are not dealing with rational people or situations. Normal thought processes won't work...story of my life.

(((hugs))) I know that it''s scary and horrible and lonely. Please take yourself out for a long walk or if you have one, go to the gym and get some exercise. Do something nice for YOU! Just one thing. (((more hugs)))

Imagine a ship trying to set sail while towing an anchor. Cutting free is not a gift to the anchor. You must release that burden, not because the anchor is worthy, but because the ship is.

My only advise to you is this; go for a long walk in the country! You can scream, yell, swear, pray, cry throw a tantrum; anything you want/need to do to let some of the anger go and no one will hear you! That's what I've been trying to do lately and let me tell ya, when I get back home I don't feel as bad as when I left. need them!!!!

I feel so bad for you. Wish there was something I could do for you. Listen to all these good people. We are all here for you. Be good to yourself. Go for that walk and get a pedicure. Take care.
