In the paper today.....

Feds predict Texas will get hot, Texans will run ACs.

Really? That's the best they could come up with?

It is the 'Feds' after all...

I'll bet someone paid a lot of money for that research; I'm in the wrong line of business...

Did they say anything about how when it cools off the Texans will probably turn their AC's OFF? I HATE incomplete news stories...

Wow, slow news day.

News Flash! It Gets HOT in Texas! ACs may be involved. Story at 11.

I''m betting that they blaim the ACs for the heat wave in Texas. If there wern''t ACs, then there wouldn''t be heat in Texas.

Imagine a ship trying to set sail while towing an anchor. Cutting free is not a gift to the anchor. You must release that burden, not because the anchor is worthy, but because the ship is.

What if you don't have AC?? Did they cover that scenario?

Little Turtle, that would fall under the Obituaries because that's where you'll be without AC here.
