Come on--I've got nothing! (after a week and a half of traveling and dealing with my family, this is good...)

Let me live vicariously through you!

I solemnly swear that I am up to no good.

Well I just got home from appy hour at the Tap Room.

Had two pints of nice lager and some really good crispy fish tacos.

Home with Netflix and one more beer, and maybe some chocklit.

How is that for a hot evening?

Tonight was filled with a school carnival for DS(with an awesome lil' petting zoo too) and then off to watch my DD play indoor soccer.

Last me + DS took the long way home, sang loud to Macklemore, she attempted to take selfies with me. Beautiful night and we kept the windows down :) . We stopped at Goodwill and she even found two tops and a pair of jeans! SCORE!

It has been a pretty darn good start to the weekend here!

I got a new camera with a built in GPS and a few pictures I took and uploaded to Panoramio last weekend were approved to go on Google Earth. Obviously this makes me feel fairly important so I think I'll go out, take pictures of some more stuff and try to get more poorly composed pictures put up for everybody to see. :)

Other than that, I don't know what I'm doing. I might tear my motorcycle apart and replace all of the gaskets and seals so it stops leaking oil.

After 4 straight weekends of having the kiddos, they finally are back on their schedule of visiting the ex. I'm about to go to two yoga classes in a row. Then later a trip to Savers and a pedicure.
Tomorrow is more yoga and a nice lunch with a friend.
I soooooo need this kid free time.
Happy Weekend all - and GO BRUINS!

So yesterday I bought a new for me Grand Caravan. 2003 with 68,000 miles on it and actually got it for only a couple hundred above the book value.

Today we have a church picnic for middle school teachers and their families and I may race in the sailing race this evening.

Tomorrow will be calm and rested before a week of church camp for/with the kids.

St. Louis Shakespeare Festival last night. Twelfth Night, outside, 5000 people in the audience. Biggest crowd ever, they said.

It was wonderful.

Got up early this morning to take DS18 to a class, and the instructor was a no-show. Now I've lost all motivation I had to do anything but sit on the couch and surf the net. Yeah, not like there was a lot of motivation for anything else to begin with.

I think I'm going to head into the kitchen and do some de-constructing. Ugly light fixtures must go!

Mostly studying for the last exam I have to take for work. It's really tough and I need to spend more time than I have been learning the boring material.

A couple of longish runs.

Baseball game tonight, along with tailgaiting. (No studying will get done then.)

Dinner with a friend tomorrow night. (Once again, no studying.)

Packing as I close on my house on Friday!!!

Looks like I might be taking this test again if I fail due to lack of studying

Kid free time too, yeah! Don't get me wrong, love them to pieces but 5 days of uninterrupted me time is like a mini vacation.

Taught my last class yesterday and rewarded myself with some wine at the Yacht Club. Today is errand day.. and tomorrow morning I will see my 'special' friend at church at 10 and then we will head out to a fleemarket for treasure hunting. And hopefully the day will last forever ...

I'm trying to decide what to do with it...

Sorry, Sad, nothing exciting going on for me. Mowed the lawn with the reel mower (stupid gas mower won't start) and did the weed eater thing. [Probably the one thing I really miss about X - he always did the lawn care]. Good exercise though I hate doing it. Treated myself to dinner out. Went for a walk along the lake, did laundry. Boring! Watching Monsters Inc and planning to do some recreational reading later.

Tomorrow more boring. It's supposed to rain (again) so more laundry, balancing the checkbook, grocery shopping, maybe go to a movie, spend some time on the elliptical since the rain will keep me indoors.

I need to get life sometime soon, but feeling fairly lazy about it!

Went swimming in 100 degree weather. Danced a few songs to 80's music in the wee hours of the night. Ate protein bars. Good times.
