Chocolate Stout cupcakes with Chocolate Ganache and Pretzels.

I die. They are amazing.

This thread is useless without a recipe.

Crescita, they don't take longer than any other cupcake, but the ganache needs to cool almost as long as the cupcakes, so make it right away.

The only change I'll make next time will be adding some sea salt on top of the ganache before the pretzels.

I have a recipe similar to this, only the ganache is used as filling and the frosting is Bailey's buttercream frosting. Yummmm is right!
