and I said yes.

We've been talking about weddings since the beginning our relationship over 2 years ago... and talking about our wedding for at least the past year (I've been planning ). He always used the excuse that I needed to get my annulment done. That was granted in the beginning of May. So the ball has since been in his court and I've been waiting.... turns out he went and got a ring a couple of weeks after my annulment was finished, asked my dad if he could marry me, and waited another couple of weeks before finally asking me!! Everyone knew it was coming and that he had a ring... except me! Well, not everyone, but it feels that way. lol. My immediate family and bff knew for weeks.

He tried to trick me with an empty ring box sitting on the dryer, but I pretended that I didn't see it sitting there. He ran downstairs almost immediately after I went down to get clothes out of the dryer. I would have peeked in the box if he wasn't there. Since I ruined his plan by ignoring the box, he "found" the real ring box in the dryer and proposed. Now I will never do laundry without thinking of him.

I had to get the ring sized and they said it will take 5 days. Ugh. SO had the ring all of this time and now I still have to wait to wear it!!!

Thanks, everyone!!! I'm excited. There's so many decisions to make!

Moo, I think that's too soon, but it would be pretty cool to have a G2G wedding.

WH5, sure. What kind of ideas do you have??

Kajem, we're planning for next summer. Going to check out a hall next week.
