I'm supposed to feel bad for the idiot that is driving around in a brand new Subaru but can't afford to give me $267 a month for pre-school for our son (that's a 50/50 split). I'll take him to court because it's in our paperwork, but it amazes me that he has the audacity to cry poverty. Here's a thought fuckwad... make your wife get a job. I told him it wasn't up to me to tell him how to get the money, but I was sure he could figure out a way.

That's going on here too, where I'm counting chips while he takes DD on four hour road trips, restaurants all weekend and new toys come home. We each need clothes and some other necessities and are going without, while he continues to spend...and that's not only his own eating out that's constant, who knows what goes on "over there" for spending...I stopped looking at the credit reports when it became a trigger.

I'm sorry and I hope you win!

They're just so stupid. They really need a dose of reality. I hope it comes soon.

Be sure you have a photo of his new car and a printout from Kelly Blue Book as to it''s cost when you go back to court. Asshole.

Imagine a ship trying to set sail while towing an anchor. Cutting free is not a gift to the anchor. You must release that burden, not because the anchor is worthy, but because the ship is.
