Hilarious. Tonight is the first night of girl weekend with my BFF visiting from out of town.

Must be the full moon or something. Fuckwit calls on my land line -- this never rings unless it's telemarketers -- and I'm thinking who the heck is this calling at 10:30 pm??

He's in some hotel room wrapping up a tour, on his way home tomorrow, just felt like a chat.

Launched into telling me all about the band yada yada, the hotel yada yada, flight tomorrow yada yada....

I'm like, uh, yeah OK, we're just sitting down to dinner, gotta go, bye now.

Funny cos this BFF is one of the first he tried to hit on two years into the marriage.

She can't stand him, LOL.

I'm pretty sure he found someone else in his phone list to give him some attention tonite. All I know is it ain't me, babe, no, no, no, it ain't me babe....

Don't you just love those 'out of the blue' calls? Um, no!

OK; erase him from your mind--you've got some creative manifestation dreaming to do

I solemnly swear that I am up to no good.

Why did you even bother wasting your time engaging him? Just curious. Why not either let it go to voice mail or answer and be all like, "Is it important? No, ok then I have company (of course don't tell him who is at your house at 10:30 p.m.) and I have to go."

Why? Because there is no one else anymore and he wanted to see if you would bite. He has no one else to call and he did that to himself.

I had the answering machine unplugged and thought maybe it was my sister.

As soon as I found out who it was he got blown off, trust me.

We have a cordial relationship now, I don't hate him, but certainly don't engage in chatty phone calls, especially after business hours LOL.

He's a dufus.
