Well he is gone and officially has every weekend booked with dates with other women. I'm still hurting why was I never good enough to spend extra money to fix a door in our house or buy me something . I left with nothing but debt & house needs more work then it's worth. While he is debt free & 30 grand in savings. Makes almost double monthly. I'm way to nice but when will I get to be happy???

Me 39, EX H 40 married 17 years infidelity on both parts . He a serial cheater. I cheated for revenge and ran home to brag. Or make Him mad. He confessed to more affairs after that. We are now divorced living apart . 3 children

Honey, you are not the one who came up short. You were and are "good enough" - he failed you, not the other way around.

Nik is right, you didn't fail anything.

I also walked away with less than I could have fought for but there is a life on the other side waiting for you.It may not be a perfect life but it is yours and can be damn good.

It's my life now, my choices, my mistakes to make and my victories to celebrate. His choices made me free of liars and betrayers in my life. That is priceless.

Assume nothing! Where are you in your divorce settlement?

That's why mother's facing divorcing are encouraged to "lawyer up". You need someone trained in law to pursue an equitable settlement. With 3 children, there will be child support, correct?
