My D is 17 yo. She calls me names, throws things at me, yells at me and completely disobeys any rules in the house. She sneaks out of the house. She goes off to who knows where. She is flunking out of school---again.

I have tried taking away her phone and computer, she does't care. I have tried taking away her car, she doesn't care.

I'm at the end of my rope here. I don't have a H who supports me in her discipline.

I have told my H she has to go or I will leave. She's 17. I don't know if I can last until she is 18.

I don't know what the PC term for "boot camp" is, but is that an option?

How long until she is 18?

Have you had her evaluated for depression? That kind of acting out is serious. Usually triggered by more than just being a teen. I would mandate she be drug tested an then a full psych evaluation. If all is normal then you can get really tough with her either shipping her to military school or doing it yourself. Which may not be an option given the lack of support you have at home.

If she is depressed or doing drugs then you need to get her in treatment. The sooner the better.

I'm sorry that I don't have any advice. I'm sending prayers, good thoughts, and hope.
