So 3 years ago KB rear-ended someone in rush hour traffic. It, thankfully, being rush hour he was going >5mph. Basically a "bump". Anyway, he bumped his little car into big 4X4 truck. Big truck, barely a scratch; little car front end totaled.

So, DDay#2 comes around and he's coming clean...pretty much the end of TT. Turns out he was texting one of his APs when it happened. I remember just nodding and adding it to my mental list of how he's screwed up our M royally. Well, 3 year mark is coming around, so I reminded him he needed to contact the insurance company to make sure it's dropped off. Then it all came back. I triggered (and still am) hard.

Ugh...more in the cost of adultery. Deductible, rental, ticket and 3 years of higher insurance rates. Makes me want to puke.

Just call me Heart. :)

(((Heart))))

It really is amazing how an A sends its tentacles through the rest of your life. Nothing is unaffected.

I hope today is better for you.

Triggers suck, but I can't help thinking every trigger is a step toward healing....
