I've just found out that I am 90% likely to be sent to America for six months for work next year!

So excited, as I love the states

When good things like this happen I look back to the dark days and think I wish I could go back and tell my "then" self that there is a light after all!

As soon as you know where you might be, let us know. You will be FLOODED with invitations, suggestions for food, recreation, sightseeing, etc. I'd love it if the same thing happened and I got sent to Oz!

I'm so excited for you! But it makes me consider my frame of reference because I think the opportunity to work in Australia for a while would. Be amazing too!

One of the exercises I did a year or so after DDay was to write a letter to the DDay me about how life was better a year after the devastation. A "It gets better" letter. It was a good thing to do...
