..if you're watching, how many think this guy is a lying, cheating son of bitch who is the one cheating and is trying anything to deflect his own cheating..

..his story is total bull shit and Dr. Phil knows it.

..the wife is being emotionally abused, as is their son..

..i hope Dr. Phil nails his lying ass..

I watched Dr. Phil today, and I have to agree that at some point this guy was a cheater.

I have never heard of anyone going to the lengths he has to nail his faithful wife. He's a real nutcase, he needs more than Dr. Phil to handle his issues.

Involving his son in his sociopathic actions makes me want to

It sounds as though Dr. Phil is going to contact CPS on this guy.

...and he accused his wife of being the sociopath!
He is delusional.
...continues tomorrow; trailer: Dr. Phil asks Robyn to come up to the stage and take the wife with her to sit with the audience. Then he has a one-on-one with the husband....should be very interesting...
Serious help needed, and to not only expose their 12 year old son to this craziness, but to encourage him to verbally abuse his mother????!!!

The wife cheated when they were living together when she was 18 y.o., she said she made a mistake. I kept thinking, "No, you made a choice." Other than that, I feel the wife is totally the sane, stable and faithful person in this marriage. I have a lot of sympathy for her.

However, her husband is a total freakin' nut job. Sick to fake suicide attempts in front of their son. He is emotionally and mentally abusive to both of them.

No one deserves to be treated the way this wife is treated.

Perfect example of someone on the far end of the narcissistic spectrum. It's all about him, it's everybody else's fault , the circular talk, the dismissing of the polygraph test when it didn't yield the desired results, the exaggeration of the chlamydia test, the spying yet not believing what he is seeing because it doesn't match his fantasy life!!!

Ive lived it. Other than talking (ok I kind of yelled here and there) to the tv. I don't think I was triggered too much!!!

Oh and the gas lighting.

That woman is incredibly strong to have lived with him for so long and NOT succumbed and kept to the truth. A lot of people would have given up and gone along with him just to have peace. She didn't !!! One very strong lady. I think once she realizes how much better off without him she is, she will be fine when there is no contact.

Hugs,
K

That poor woman's face told the entire story didn't it? The pain and sadness she's endured at the hands of that brutal piece of shit.

I wish she had run away a long long time ago.

God bless us, everyone.

I had to pause it and walk away for a little bit. The husband's projection and the *proof* (that proved the opposite of what he was claiming) was too much for me and stirred up too many bad memories.

The most appalling part for me was the son's attitude. O.M.G. That child will need massive amounts of therapy to undo all of the damage that his fucked up father has inflicted on him.

Even without hearing all of that man's delusional thinking.......it is evidence of just how fucked up he is that he is encouraging his child to bully his own mother that way. Sick.sick.sick.

I was thinking about this ^^^^^ I wonder if using the kids to keep secrets, make arrangements behind the other parents back, encouraging the kids to lie to a parent ..etc. Are these steps used to groom a child and (given enough time) will lead to the behaviors the son is exhibiting?

The thought scares me

..it's the fear, sadness and utter desperation written all over the wife's face that is most upsetting to me..

..the H is a psycho-bully and hopefully will be charged with spousal and child abuse..

It is breaking my heart to watch this and see what this father has done to his son. And why on earth did this guy record all of it? This poor child is going to need so much help.

Wow! Dr. Phil nailed it. Dr. Phil says this man has Paranoid Personality Disorder. It sounded like, at least from the check list Dr. Phil used, that this guy had all of the 7 traits.

Dr. Phil was wrong when he said we could see the charming side of Mike. Uuuummmm............no, he is a freaking nut job and needs help, I saw nothing charming. It was scary how he was crying and then all of a sudden he wasn't and looked totally calm.

That poor woman being a victim of his delusional mental illness. Don't even get me started on how effed the boy is, so sad.

..ya, i couldn't believe that 'charming' comment!

..Mike is about as charming as a dog turd stuck to the bottom of my shoe!!

..i wanted to reach thru the screen and throttle the guy's ass so much.

..he made my blood pressure soar.. charming???

WTF was Dr Phil thinking???

His wife said his behavior was triggered by a lie that she told 2years ago. Their marriage didn't sound bad until whatever it was that set him down this path.

It sounds like they had a decent marriage before 2years ago. If I were his wife, I don't know if I could get past him doing what he did to my kid.

I hope that the mom and son can repair their relationship.

Did anyone see the end of the show when dr Phil brought his wife onstage and they were talking about the website her team is rolling out? I was on my way out the door while they were talking and didn't get the name. It sounded awesome for women in abusive situations. If anyone remembers the address please post it or send me a pm with it. Thanx.

Robin's website is called whengeorgiasmiled.....or something like that. You can link to it through Dr. Phil's site.
