Nobody wants to support a cheating pig..

I have not filed for D yet but part of my plan was to file after WH had gotten a job and was working at it for a little while...

I have been egging and bugging my WH to get work somewhere, his unemployment recently ran out...He owes me a certain amount every month to reimburse me for paying his medical premium(deducted from my check monthly) and to help pay the bills..When he is reimbursing me for part of the bill, at least I have a little more self respect while waiting for him to get work..

WH went looking for work yesterday, because I nagged him to get the heck out of the house and go look...Well he apparently found and processed into one job to the point of needing the company physical...He got the physical done today...He came back home claiming that he flunked the physical...

I suspect that he purposefully flunked the physical (the exertion/endurance/flexibility portion) and wants to look like he tried to get work just to get me off his back..I think that this job may be a fictional one (things did happen awfully fast ), lol..

WH's attempt to get me off his back and feel sorry for him won't work...I am not stupid like he thinks...I will keep bugging him, lol..

I may have to consult with a lawyer again and see if I can legally drop my WH from my medical insurance plan to have the extra $500 coming in every month..I can drop him during reenrollment month (Jan) with no questions asked or qualifying event happening...

I suspect that dropping WH may not be a smart move at this time though..I pay the premiums at a deep discount through employer sponsored plan and I am a retiree from that company...

With that being said, I told WH he can work at Mc Donalds, Walmart, clean apartments or office buildings, pressure wash houses, mow lawns whatever in combination to get him out of the house and make enough money to hold up his end of the monthly living budget...WH walks faster, stands taller than I do and he does not have weakness/pain/ numbness to one leg like I do, he is just fat

And beginning Jan 1 he could get obamacare coverage he pays for himself. This was always a huge glitch for me - even during separation or anything, H won't work, I HAVE to have med ins on him or be responsible for any bills he runs up. I'm ditching my work ins and we are each going to enroll in obamacare individually. Then when I'm done with all this I am hoping he can just continue to take care of his as a bill on his own.

Now if I could just get him to be bothered enough by my nagging to get a job.

fyi:

I hadn't worked in 15 years, and at the time of D, starting working for myself. I wasn't quite making minimum wage then - but the courts attributed minimum wage @ 40 hours per week, regardless of my actual employment status. I think that is pretty standard.

Yeah, I haven't worked in 15 years. The court still assumed I have a minimum wage job at 40 hours a week in calculating SS and CS. How that is fair is beyond me, and I don't even understand the reason for it.

Yeah I think WH feels that with our house already paid for and with me carrying his medical insurance that he doesn't need to work..

With that said I don't think that $1200.00 a month can be divided between two households...

I am trying to be patient and not go back to work for a couple of months coz I want WH to get desperate enough to go back to work and get accustomed to working again...

I think it will help me immensely in more ways than one if WH is working..
