Well, my IC/MC actually told my WW that I caused her A. I have struggled with my IC for sometime now. My WW is in complete agreement with me and I appreciate her support so much. I don't think I am going to hold back, it won't be pretty and will be the last time we meet with her.

I do have my own issues, FOO, Trust, Conflict Avoidance. But I need someone I can trust to help me and it is definitely not her! Finding someone is going to be very difficult since we moved internationally.

Fire that crazy councilor. Today. That is someone who is totally out of touch with reality, degree or not. Or someone who is doing some cheating on the side as well. Jerk!

Imagine a ship trying to set sail while towing an anchor. Cutting free is not a gift to the anchor. You must release that burden, not because the anchor is worthy, but because the ship is.

I am so sorry this incompetent person did this to you.
Fire her.
Unfortunately, some ICs are quacks. This site is full of stories of such quacks.
Hang in there and know your worth and that NOTHING you did caused your FWWs A.

I don't need further confirmation of what a fuckwit he is. I already have plenty, thanks very much. -SBB

Thank goodness she agrees! Most WSs use it as a weapon.

I echo the other posters' sentiments - fire her incompetent, quacky self.

When looking for an IC/MC, we interviewed a few and found one who specialized in infidelity. You and your wife will need to do some research, but it is so worth it in the long run.
