So I'm 15 months from D-day and I don't know if it's because of the holidays and having our 22 and 24 y.o. sons home for a few weeks or what, but I'm starting to feel like this whole nightmare never happened and I'm wondering if that is healthy or not.

Timeline was finally written a month and a half ago and we never discussed it! OW finally left workplace and found a new job right after Thanksgiving! Granted these 2 things were holding up the healing process but, now time is passing, husband is being wonderful and we never speak of his affair or her and I'm wondering if he thinks that I'm just over it! I do still think about the affair and her but, I don't mention it. Have I turned a corner or am I in denial?

I am so happy for you. I too found there were periods where I didn't think of the A and had some free times. It is wonderful that you are experiencing this.

Just a word of caution, expect it to come up again, maybe through triggers, comments, thoughts etc. It is normal for that to happen too. Just be aware, but also know future times await where you also don't think about it again!!

I am glad you had a great time with your family!
